Quick edit to show you how you could improve the scene, (feel free to disagree, just trying to help though), looks good though

(I didn't have the psd so yeah, still good imo)

In general try replace the flat rooftop 3d building stuff with matte stuff, or just make it more detailed as a model, I didn't have the time so I didn't add those things but just pointing out
